  ✦   Changes can be made at all stages as long as they are not brutal to the point of creating a completely different illustration than the agreed one. If you would like these types of changes, additional changes will be added to the final price.
  ✦   The order may take between 7 and 30 days, depending on its complexity, communication with the client and the waiting list. In case of complications the client will be notified. If the client needs the order on a specific date, check the artist's availability at the time of the quote. The delivery of the order will be done via email to maintain its quality.  usage rights

  ✦   I reserve the right to publish the work on my social networks. If the buyer provides their social media, I will do my best to give them credit for their designs, either in the comments or in the original post. (If the order is for a gift, it will not be published until the date the gift is delivered. )

  ✦   It is prohibited to use commissioned work for AI and NFTs.
  ✦   You have the reserved right to share your commissioned work on any of your social networks, use it as an icon or print it for personal use or gifts, but you must give me credit. (do not delete my signature)
  ✦   I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights.
  ✦   You can't claim my work as yours.
  ✦   You cannot edit or alter the work once finished unless the author gives you permission.  If I draw  
  ✦   OC's, fanart, couples, furry ( Simple aNimals), selfship/yumeship, nsfw soft, gore soft, lGbT+.  I don't draw  
  ✦   LOlIcOn, pedophilia, Necrophilia, Zoophilia, Gore extreme, Senior citizens, realism, Other sTyLeS.

  IMPORTANTE  
  ✦   Me reservo el derecho de rechazar cualquier encargo que no pueda o no me sienta cómodo realizando sin necesidad de dar explicaciones del porqué.
  ✦   No aceptaré encargos que no vengan con las referencias suficientes y las ideas bien claras, el encargo no es para mi, sea claro por favor.
  ✦   No se dará comienzo al encargo hasta que el pago se haya realizado ( Parcial o Completo )  pago  
  ✦   Los medios de pago actuales que manejo son Transferencia a través de Alias (Argentina) o Paypal (El resto del mundo).
  ✦   El pago se podrá realizar tanto parcial, 50% antes de iniciar el encargo y 50% antes de entregarlo, como completo (el total antes de arrancar). La opción parcial es únicamente para residentes de Argentina debido a que los porcentajes de comisión de paypal son bastante elevados.
  ✦   No se harán reembolsos, esté seguro de su compra antes de pagar.  progreso y avances  
  ✦   Luego del pago ( parcial o completo ) se dará comienzo a la realización del encargo.
  ✦   Al cliente se le mandará avances durante todo el proceso del encargo ( Boceto, Lineart, Flat color y Full color ) esto para garantizar la completa satisfacción del comprador.
  ✦   En todas las etapas se podrán hacer cambios siempre y cuando no sean brutales al punto de realizar una ilustración completamente diferente de la acordada. En caso de querer este tipo de cambios, se agregaran adicionales en el precio final.
  ✦   El encargo puede demorar entre 7 y 30 días, dependiendo de la complejidad de este, la comunicación con el cliente y la lista de espera. En caso de complicaciones se le notificará al cliente. Si el cliente necesita el encargo en una fecha en especifica consultar en el momento de la cotización la disponibilidad del artista. La entrega del encargo se hará vía mail para mantener la calidad de este.  derechos de uso  
  ✦   La ilustración es únicamente de uso personal. Queda terminantemente prohibido comercializar la ilustración si no se ha acordado eso de antemano.  Derechos de propiedad intelectual  
  ✦   Me reservo el derecho a publicar la obra en mis redes sociales. Si el comprador proporciona sus redes sociales, haré todo lo posible por darle crédito por sus diseños, ya sea en los comentarios o en la publicación original. ( en caso del que el encargo sea para regalo no se publicará hasta la fecha en el que el regalo es entregado. )
  ✦   Me reservo el derecho a usar mi arte para mi portafolio.
  ✦   El trabajo encargado tiene prohibido usarse para IA y NFT.
  ✦   Se te reserva el derecho a compartir tu obra encargada en cualquiera de tus redes sociales, usarla como icon o imprimirla para usos personales o regalos, pero debes darme crédito. (No borrar mi firma)
  ✦   Conservo los derechos de autor, propiedad, redistribución y propiedad intelectual.
  ✦   No puedes reclamar mi trabajo como propio.
  ✦   No puedes editar ni alterar la obra una vez terminada, a menos que el autor te dé permiso.  si dibujo
